University of Science and Technology Beijing, referred to as University of Science and Technology Beijing, is located in Beijing. It is a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education of China. It is a "double-first-class" construction university, a national "21Project" and "985 Engineering Advantage Discipline Innovation Platform" construction university, the first batch of "three-round education" comprehensive reform pilot universities of the Ministry of Education, and the first batch of Beijing deepening innovation and entrepreneurship education reform demonstration universities.

The emblem is a pattern consisting of two concentric circles. The outer ring consists of the Chinese and English name and academic year "1952" of University of Science and Technology Beijing. The inner ring takes "Ding" as the main shape and embeds the school motto of "being realistic and innovative".
