In practical writing, it is common to follow some fixed sentences and words, and some official documents must be used even at key points. Patterned language may be a failure for other styles, but it is necessary for applied writing. The style of practical writing is patterned, and each style has a fixed routine in writing. In the process of realizing routines, some languages suitable for these routines are naturally formed, which are convenient, concise and effective to follow. For example, if the expression "I am writing to you" is expressed in other languages, no matter how hard I try, I can't be so concise and clear.

For example, there are still quite a few old expressions in official documents, such as "I have received your letter" and "Please reply", which have been used in China for several generations. This kind of rhetoric is beneficial and harmless. Everyone is willing to copy it and deliberately do something unconventional, but it is neither fish nor fowl. Therefore, we can often see some classical Chinese words in official documents, which have naturally merged with modern Chinese. It is not surprising that this is one of the modes of official document language.

Second, the course of applied writing is a right-hand man for college students to become talents and find jobs.

Applied writing is practical, and any work can not be separated from it, but it is by no means purely technical, but has the characteristics of comprehensiveness, especially intelligence. As mentioned above, the course of applied writing shows that it is an important subject to study the laws of applied writing. Therefore, it is imperative to establish the disciplinary position of applied writing and stipulate that college education must offer applied writing courses in various majors. This can also end the anarchy and irregularity of the teaching arrangement of applied writing in universities. This phenomenon can't go on. If it continues, it will hurt our students and make them unpopular in the talent market. A large number of data show that poor applied writing ability has become a stumbling block for students' employment. For example, at the application meeting of our fresh graduates, a science student lost his employment opportunity because he could not write rules and regulations, and a liberal arts student was favored for this. Therefore, in colleges and universities, the intensity of applied writing has been strengthened, and all majors in the school have set up applied writing courses, which are compulsory courses.

It is my greatest gain to learn how to get materials and information from a specific practical purpose and write on the basis of objective facts, so as to objectively and truly reflect the essence and development law of things.
