1. The promotion or comprehensive ranking of undergraduate direct students and graduate students is based on the information of the promotion system of the Ministry of Education or the research and recruitment system of Southeast University, and applicants do not need to provide proof.
2. Applicants who apply for evaluation and master's degree in the second and third graduate schools with excellent master's degree courses must provide copies of master's degree transcripts.
3. Publicly publish SCI, SSCI or A &；; Those who collect high-level academic papers by HCI must provide a copy of the paper retrieval certificate issued by the sci-tech novelty retrieval workstation of the Ministry of Education (generally in university libraries with novelty retrieval workstations).
4. A copy of the certificate shall be provided for the authorized invention patent or the science and technology award (signed winner) at or above the provincial level.
5. Outstanding performance in other aspects or outstanding awards (a copy of the certificate is required to obtain awards at or above the school level)
Applicants who have sent an application email should strictly follow the basic requirements of the school in the Notice on the Evaluation of 20 17 Doctoral Freshmen Scholarships. Those who meet the application conditions should truthfully fill in the Application Form for Doctoral Freshmen Scholarship of Southeast University (this form has been updated and needs to be filled in again) according to the above requirements, and prepare relevant supporting materials.
Please send (mail) the paper materials and relevant certificates of the application form to the Admissions Office of the Graduate School of Southeast University before July 10, otherwise it will not be accepted. The envelope must be marked with: doctoral freshman award declaration+college+doctoral student number+name.
