College students join the army as follows:

1, must be full-time college graduates with non-directional national tasks. We do not accept military school graduates from self-taught, adult education, orientation, entrusted training, preparatory courses, junior colleges and local training.

2, academic performance and graduation qualifications. Foreign language has passed the national CET-4 or above (English major, professional English must reach CET-8 or above). The comprehensive test scores rank at the top of the class 1/2, and the cumulative make-up test during the university period does not exceed 5 times. You must obtain relevant graduation and degree certificates when you graduate.

3. Meet the physical examination standards for military academies, in which the height of male and female students is not less than 1.66m and 1.60m respectively. The naked eye vision of both eyes is not less than 4.6. In principle, undergraduate students should not exceed 24 years old, and master students and doctoral students should not exceed 29 years old and 34 years old respectively.

Recruitment process:

1, online registration

Before August 5th every year, male college students (including students and fresh graduates) who are interested in applying for the exam can log in to the National Recruitment Network, fill in their basic personal information, and download and print the Registration Form of College Students' Pre-Requisition Objects after successful registration, which meets the national tuition subsidy conditions.

At the same time, you should also download and print the Application Form for College Students' Recruitment Tuition Compensation and National Student Loan Compensation (hereinafter referred to as the Registration Form and the Application Form) and submit it to the recruitment and student financial assistance management department of colleges and universities for review.

Step 2 prepare for the exam

Before leaving school after graduation or having a holiday, according to the notice of the school, college students should bring their ID cards (household registration books) and graduation certificates (college students hold student ID cards) to participate in the preliminary examination organized by the county-level military service organs where the school is located at the specified time.

Students who have been determined to be pre-recruited will receive registration forms and application forms after being examined and sealed by the military service organs and relevant departments of the school.

3. Physical examination and political examination

College students can choose one of the school location, pre-school registration place or habitual residence as a conscript. After the start of conscription, the military service organ of the place of application will inform the college students of the specific time and place of physical examination.

According to the requirements of the notice, college students can take their ID card (household registration book), graduation certificate (college students hold student ID card), registered and stamped registration form and registration form to directly participate in the physical examination organized by the county-level conscription office where they apply, and the local public security, education and other departments will conduct political examination simultaneously.

4. Visits and surveys

Those who pass the political examination and physical examination shall be notified by the county-level conscription office to the grassroots people's armed forces department of the township (town, street) where the college students are located and arranged for a visit.

Step 5 book new employees

The county-level conscription office comprehensively measures those who pass the physical examination and political examination, and determines the target of scheduled approval for enlistment. Under the same conditions, graduates with high academic qualifications will be given priority as planned recruits.

6. Post publicity

The list of candidates shall be publicized in counties (cities, districts) and townships (towns, streets), and the time for accepting supervision by the masses shall not be less than 5 days.

7. Approved for enlistment

Those who pass the physical examination and political examination shall be officially approved by the county-level conscription office after publicity, and a notice of enlistment shall be issued. Students cancel their registered permanent residence with the Notice of Enlistment, enjoy preferential treatment for conscripts, wait for handover and departure, and transport them to the army for service.
