What do employers think of the certificate of completion?
A certificate of completion is a certificate that shows that students have not met the requirements of school graduation and their studies have ended. Whether the employer approves or not depends on whether the employer cares. Under normal circumstances, if the graduation certificate is taken as the threshold, then the employer will screen those who fail to reach the threshold. If there is no threshold and both parties agree, then you can sign it. Graduation certificate is not the only criterion.

Legal basis:

Article 33 of the Regulations on the Management of Students in Ordinary Colleges and Universities stipulates that students who have completed the contents stipulated in the education and teaching plan within the learning period stipulated by the school, but have not met the graduation requirements of the school, may be allowed to complete the course and issue a certificate of completion.

After graduation, it is stipulated by the school whether it is possible to retake the exam, whether it is possible to retake or retake the graduation design, thesis and defense, and whether to issue graduation certificates and degree certificates. Graduation certificates and degree certificates issued after passing the examination shall be filled in according to the date of issuance.

For students who drop out of school, the school will issue a certificate of junior college education or a certificate of realistic study.

Article 8 of the Labor Contract Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that: when employing workers, the employer shall truthfully inform the workers of their work contents, working conditions, workplace, occupational hazards, safe production conditions, labor remuneration and other information that the workers require to know; The employer has the right to know the basic information directly related to the labor contract, and the employee shall truthfully explain it.
