Shandong Water Conservancy Technician College, founded in 1958, is a full-time public university located in Zibo, Shandong Province, the birthplace of Qi culture. College is a deputy department-level institution affiliated to Shandong Provincial Water Resources Department, and it is the first higher vocational and technical college in China to adopt an "integrated" teaching mode that closely combines theory and skills.
