University education is divided into subject education and vocational education (such as higher vocational education). Before 1999, it refers to university subject education (short for junior college), junior college education (secondary college and advanced college) is subject education (professional education), graduates are assigned, and junior college and undergraduate college are elite education. Specialized education after 1999 usually refers to the specialized education of higher vocational education (hereinafter referred to as higher vocational education), except for teachers' colleges, medical colleges and public security colleges.
