The school always takes "developing agriculture in China" as its own responsibility, adheres to the initial mission of educating people and strengthening agriculture, and strives to build a higher-level "Tianfu granary", which is scientifically planned and promoted at a high level. Set up a special action leading group of Sichuan Agricultural University to build a new era and a higher level "Tianfu Granary" to comprehensively coordinate and promote related work.
Around the goal of "green, ecological, healthy and efficient", a "five-in-one" work pattern has been formed, in which secretaries and principals take the lead, team members plan together, experts make suggestions together, middle-level units jointly promote it, and teachers and students of the whole school jointly implement it.
2. Aggregating superior resources and consolidating the "basic disk"
The school committee firmly establishes the "big grain concept", focusing on increasing crop grain, supplementing fruit and vegetable grain and saving livestock grain, and aggregating the superior resources of the whole school to lay a solid foundation for the construction of "Tianfu Granary".
Focusing on major grain crops such as rice, wheat and corn, and major cash crops such as fruits and vegetables, we strengthened inter-departmental cooperation, integrated the advantages of high-quality germplasm resources, technical resources, human resources and scientific research resources of "two colleges, three institutes and one room" such as Agricultural College and Horticultural College, and focused on the problem of "sticking the neck", and successively cultivated high-quality products such as Yixiangyou 21kloc-0/5 and Chuandan 99.
Integrating the resources of the Institute of Resources and the Institute of Environment, focusing on the application research of high-standard farmland construction, farmland investigation and monitoring, protection and restoration, soil health and fertility improvement, and developing key technologies to improve the quality of cultivated land, Qi Xin made concerted efforts to "store grain in the land".
3. Build a cohesive team and enhance the "driving force"
Establish an evaluation system oriented to innovative value, ability and contribution, build a four-level and five-category faculty honor system, implement a senior professional title system for outstanding talents, and stimulate the entrepreneurial enthusiasm of all kinds of talent officers.
