1956 Graduated from School of Physical Science, Nankai University. Vice Chairman of the National Teaching Instrument and Equipment Research Association and Professor of the Ministry of Education.

Part-time researcher of Institute of Chemical Instruments, member of National Teaching Instrument Standardization Committee, and member of National Teaching Instrument Evaluation Committee.

Head of the family group, head of the expert group for funding evaluation of teaching instruments and scientific research projects, and director of Tianjin Teaching Instruments and Equipment R&D Center.
