Dalian University for Nationalities, referred to as "Dalian University for Nationalities", is located in Dalian, Liaoning Province, China, and belongs to the State Ethnic Affairs Commission of the People's Republic of China. It is one of more than 1 10 universities directly under the central government.

It is a national higher education institution with multi-disciplinary coordinated development based on engineering, a demonstration university founded by national unity and progress, an excellent university with undergraduate teaching level evaluation by the Ministry of Education, and a demonstration school for college students' entrepreneurship education in Liaoning Province.

As of March 2023, the school has two campuses, Development Zone and Jinshitan, covering an area of 1.600 mu. There are 2 1 teaching and research units and 58 undergraduate majors; Faculty 1200.

As of August, 20021year, there are 340 faculty members/kloc-0, including 9 full-time teachers18, 94 external teachers 194, 65 full-time teachers 165, and 326 deputy senior teachers, accounting for 53.49%. There are 500 doctors, 3 19 masters, 89.22% teachers with master's degree or above, 2/kloc-0 doctoral supervisors and 0/89 master's supervisors.

By March, 2023, 9 majors in the school had been approved as national first-class undergraduate specialty construction sites, 27 majors had been approved as provincial first-class undergraduate specialty construction sites, and 8 specialty construction sites with national characteristics had been built. Seven courses in the school were approved as national first-class undergraduate courses, two courses were selected as demonstration courses of ideological and political courses of the Ministry of Education, and 159 course was approved as provincial first-class undergraduate courses.

Approved two provincial modern industrial colleges. The second batch of virtual teaching and research offices of the Ministry of Education has built two pilot projects, 14 provincial and ministerial level practical education bases, 9 provincial and ministerial level undergraduate experimental teaching demonstration centers and 3 provincial and ministerial level virtual simulation experimental teaching centers. Approved the establishment of the National Innovation Alliance of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge Industry. Won the first prize 13 and 32 second prizes of Liaoning Teaching Achievement Award.
