If you want to join the Party during your college years, generally speaking, it will take about three years at the earliest from submitting your application to becoming a party member. Therefore, it is suggested that college students submit an application for joining the party from the freshman year. You may have to wait until the second semester of your sophomore year, or even the last semester of your junior year, before you can be recognized as a party activist and become an official party member.
