After college students join the army, there is no problem of direct discharge; There is no problem for college students to stay in the army after they leave the army.
College students who join the army before graduation can apply for military academies and stay in the army after graduation. Generally, cadres are assigned after graduation from military schools, so there is no problem of retiring in a short time, and then they may be transferred to local jobs according to the needs of military work. That's a question of officers changing jobs, not soldiers leaving the army.
Let me give you some advice:
1. After graduating from high school, I can't go to a good university and want to work in the army. Join the army early, spend some money to find some connections to the military school, so as to stay in the army. I depend, ordinary soldiers can only stay as petty officers, and they will leave sooner or later.
2. College students are soldiers at school. . . I don't know much about this. I studied as an undergraduate, and we can be soldiers for two years in our sophomore year. In fact, it is military service.
3. When college students go to be soldiers, they are actually ordinary soldiers, or they are directly non-commissioned officers. These two treatments are different. It has been rumored that excellent college students can be promoted directly. But I have never seen such an example.
If it is really difficult to find a job, it is better to go to the army for two years and come back to find a job.
At present, there are few troops that recruit fresh college graduates to be grass-roots officers, such as the border guards of the armed police. This is my situation, but looking at the current trend, I don't know what the policy will be like in four years.
There is no preferential employment for college students after they leave the army. Because of the market economy society, it is impossible for the state to force units to accept them. In addition, non-commissioned officers who have served in the army for less than 12 years will not be assigned to work. The average college soldier can't do it at all 12 years. One is that you don't care, and you can't transfer to a third-term petty officer without money. Another is that college students simply can't stand the long-term behavioral constraints and mental imprisonment of the army. A few years later, they quickly asked for retirement.
