Can universities choose non-professional elective courses? Does the country have a unified policy or does the local schools have the final say?
Ask the academic affairs office, or check it on the website of the academic affairs office. It should be that each school has its own regulations, some schools must choose, and some can choose non-professional elective courses as long as you have enough total credits. Our school is a college and has helped us choose non-professional elective courses. Speaking of specialized courses, we don't want to take them.
