Provisions on the Administration of Postgraduate Scholarships in Fudan University (for Trial Implementation)
In order to standardize the management of graduate academic scholarships in our university, according to the spirit of the original document 19991February 15. The State Education Commission, the Ministry of Finance [85] 1996, the State Education Commission [2009] No.20, the Ministry of Finance [2009] No.2 and the Ministry of Finance [20 10], combined with the actual situation of our school, formulated the Regulations on the Administration of Postgraduate Scholarships.
First, the distribution target and fixed number of years
1. Non-directional full-time doctoral students (3-4 years).
2. Non-directional full-time master (3 years).
3. The training plan for the backbone of ethnic minorities is aimed at non-in-service graduate students (3-4 years for doctoral students and 3 years for master students).
Two. Distribution standard
1. Non-directional full-time doctoral students: basic academic scholarship 100%, per student per month 1000 yuan. The proportion of outstanding academic scholarships is about 30%, divided into two classes, with the first prize of 8,000 yuan and the second prize of 5,000 yuan (freshmen18,000 yuan, excellent 5000 yuan).
2. Non-directional full-time graduate students: about 70% of academic scholarships are dynamically reviewed by academic year.
3. Non-in-service graduate students are oriented according to the minority backbone training plan: the same as non-oriented graduate students.
Three. mode of distribution
1. Non-directional full-time doctoral students' scholarships for basic studies are paid monthly, and are paid every year for 12 months. Scholarships for outstanding research are granted in one lump sum according to the academic year.
2. Non-directional full-time postgraduate scholarships are distributed in two semesters, equivalent to 10 month.
