In the past two years, our class has actively carried out various cultural and sports activities and seminars on the construction of study style. With the joint efforts of the students, the cohesion of our class is getting stronger and stronger, and there is more love among the students. Everyone has a very strong sense of belonging and class honor. With the joint efforts of all of us, our class won the collective honorary title of Excellent Class of School of Architecture and Engineering from 2065438+02 to 2065438+03.
Chapter two: the construction of study style
The style of study not only affects the teaching effect of the course and the realization of the goal of talent training, but also plays an important role in whether students can become talents.
From the beginning of our class, we have established a study group, which is divided into seven groups, each with 6-7 people. After a semester's study, we also set up a learning professional group, which is composed of the top six students in the last semester, to solve the difficult problems in the classroom for the students, and at the same time, we also adopted a one-on-one counseling method to help the students with poor grades improve their grades.
The direction of collective efforts of advanced classes
1, determine the class collective development goals.
The goal is the direction and motivation of collective development. The development goals of class collectives can generally be divided into short-term, medium-term and long-term goals, and the goals should be gradually improved from easy to difficult, from near to far. In the process of realizing the class collective goal, teachers should fully mobilize the enthusiasm of class members and make the process of achieving the goal a process of education and self-education.
2. Establish an effective class collective core.
To establish the core team of class collective, teachers should first be good at discovering and cultivating activists. This requires teachers to find and select student cadres who are enthusiastic about serving the collective, uniting classmates and have certain management ability on the basis of understanding students; Secondly, teachers should combine the use and training of activists.
