1, the national scholarship is selected once every academic year, and applicants can apply as long as they meet the prescribed conditions;

2. The student himself submits a written application, truthfully explains the reasons for the application and provides relevant supporting materials (copy of honorary certificate);

3. Students who declare national scholarships fill out the Application Form for National Scholarships.

4. After the democratic appraisal of the class, if the national scholarships of each college are approved by the appraisal committee and publicized for 3 working days without objection, the general party branch of the college will fill in the audit opinions on its application form and submit the application materials to the Student Affairs Office (Department).

National scholarships are awarded to full-time college students who have achieved outstanding results in the second year (including the second year) (students who have entered the undergraduate stage will not be eligible to apply until the second year) and meet the following conditions:

1, love the socialist motherland and support the leadership of the China * * * production party;

2. Abide by the Constitution and laws, and abide by school rules and regulations;

3, honest and trustworthy, excellent moral quality;

4. Excellent academic performance during the school period, ranking in the top 65,438+00% within the selection range, without failing subjects; In colleges and universities that implement the ranking system of comprehensive evaluation results, if the comprehensive evaluation results are used as the evaluation index of national scholarships, the ranking of students' comprehensive evaluation results must also be in the top10% of the selection range; Under the same conditions, those with outstanding social practice, innovative ability and comprehensive quality are preferred.

5. If the academic performance and comprehensive evaluation scores do not reach the top 65,438+00%, but reach the top 30%, students can only apply for national scholarships if they have outstanding performance in other aspects, but they need to submit detailed supporting materials.
