If professional tests are involved in the interview, the proportion of professional tests should be clearly defined in the interview announcement.

(2) Scoring method. The full score of vocational aptitude test and comprehensive application ability is 150, of which * * * accounts for 300; Full interview score 100. Candidates' written test score = ("professional aptitude test"+"comprehensive application ability" test paper score) 3; The interview results of candidates are the interview results. The total score of candidates = 40% of written test score+60% of interview score.

(3) Bonus policy. According to the policy requirements of the state and our province on guiding and encouraging college graduates to work at the grassroots level and join the army, points are given to those who have served for two years and passed the examination, as well as retired soldiers who have served in the army for more than five years (inclusive). The above-mentioned personnel apply for extra points, which shall be summarized by the zhijiang city Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, and the list of personnel shall be publicized on Zhijiang.com of the Three Gorges Project after being audited by the competent departments of each project. If the written test score reaches the minimum qualified line, 5 points will be added in the conversion of the written test score into a percentage system.
