Wuzhou University, only if the school has five or more master's majors and at least five or more subjects have achieved Grade C or above, Wuzhou University will have the opportunity to enter the university.

Under the current grading standard system of double first-class universities, to upgrade to a university, a university must have a master's degree and a major, and the minimum admission standard is five master's degrees and five majors.

Therefore, Wuzhou University does not have a master's degree or a major at present, and it is still far away to upgrade to a university.
