Shaanxi University of Technology, referred to as "Shaanxi University of Technology", was founded in 1958 and is located in Hanzhong, a famous historical and cultural city in China.

The school was founded in 1955, formerly known as Xi 'an No.2 Industrial School, and it is a military supporting project of the first five-year plan 156 key construction project. 1960 was upgraded to Xi 'an Instrument Industry Institute. 1965 upgraded to Xi University of Technology. In 2006, the school was renamed Xi University of Technology.

Shaanxi Normal University, referred to as Shaanxi Normal University for short, is located in xi, the capital of Shaanxi Province. It is a key comprehensive normal university directly under the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC), a national key construction university of "2 1 1 Project" and the first batch of world-class discipline construction universities in China.
The school was founded in 1944, formerly known as Shaanxi Normal University and the Education Department of Northwest University College of Literature, and 1954 was renamed xi 'an Normal University. 1960 merged with Shaanxi Normal University and was named Shaanxi Normal University. 1978 was placed under the management of the Ministry of Education.

Yan 'an University, referred to as "Yanda University", is located in the revolutionary holy land of Yan 'an. It is the first comprehensive university named after Comrade Mao Zedong, founded by the China Production Party, and co-founded by the people of China, the Ministry of Education and the Shaanxi Provincial People's Government.
194 1 year, the Political Bureau of the Central Committee decided to merge Northern Shaanxi Public School, China Women's University and Mao Zedong Youth Cadre School to form Yan 'an University, with Wu as the president. Later, Yan 'an Lu Xun College of Literature and Art, Academy of Natural Sciences and Nationalities College merged one after another. From 65438 to 0947, some teachers and students of Yan 'an University went to Northeast China, North China and Northwest China to run schools. 1958 In July, Shaanxi Provincial People's Government decided to rebuild Yan 'an University.

The school is the first light industry institution of higher learning in People's Republic of China (PRC). 1958 was founded in Beijing, then named Beijing Institute of Light Industry. /kloc-moved to Xianyang, Shaanxi in 0/970 and changed its name to Northwest Institute of Light Industry. 1978 became a national key institution of higher learning. 1998 was transferred to Shaanxi Province in 2002 and renamed Shaanxi University of Science and Technology.
