3.？ Graduation qualification examination results? For what? No pass? If you are interested, please know for yourself or confirm the reasons with the graduate academic staff of the college:
(1) Whether to pay all tuition fees in our college and register electronically;
(2) Whether the personal training plan is qualified and whether the courses added in the training plan correspond to the courses already taken. In this case, the training plan should be adjusted or the course replacement application form should be filled;
(3) Whether there are cases where elective courses are unqualified but they change to other courses, and whether there are cases where compulsory courses are unqualified but they repeat parallel courses in other colleges (including public English degree courses and basic courses of economics degree courses). In this case, a course substitution application form should be supplemented;
(4) Whether the graduate students have by-election, resumption of classes or foreign credit replacement materials this semester, and if so, submit a conditional defense application form;
4 .？ Graduation qualification examination results? For what? Unreviewed? Please go through the formalities of resumption of study before graduation qualification examination. If you can't resume school on schedule, you should submit an application for suspension again; If you can't graduate normally according to the original plan, you should explain to the training office when you go through the formalities of resuming your studies.
5. For those who have gone through the credit replacement procedures (including studying abroad, summer school and off-campus course replacement), the training office has completed the manual audit according to the application materials, and the audit results show that? Pass? .
6. For those who have gone through the formalities of conditional defense, the qualification examination results also show that? No pass? , but you can enter the follow-up process of the degree office. If the relevant students fail to obtain corresponding credits within the specified time, the defense will be invalid and graduation and degree will not be awarded.
Second, postpone graduation and graduation.
1. Those who fail to pass the graduation qualification examination and can't graduate on time, please go through the formalities of delaying graduation or dropping out of school before March 3 1. The training office will begin to clean up the student status of this semester in early April. Students who have exceeded the maximum study period and have not submitted any application materials will be expelled or dropped out of school as appropriate.
2. Those who have gone through the graduation formalities can apply for graduation within the stipulated maximum study period, and the original graduation certificate can be exchanged for the graduation certificate after passing the defense.
3. Applicants who apply for extension also need to pay an extension tuition fee of 5,000 yuan/year. Graduates do not have to pay deferred tuition fees.
4. Those who have gone through the formalities of suspension and resumption of school according to the regulations will be automatically postponed, and there is no need to go through the extension formalities separately and pay the deferred tuition.
Third, license collection and information change.
1. Last semester, the graduate school organized the collection and make-up of graduation certificates, but some students still did not participate in the collection. Please go to the designated place (Beijing Yipai Digital Imaging Center) to get your diploma before April 30th. 2. Postgraduates who have participated in the photo collection in previous years and displayed their personal graduation photo in the system do not need to re-collect.
3. Remind all graduates once again: If there is any change of ID number or name after entering the school, please go to the training office to explain the record before April 30, and the relevant students need to provide the original ID number or name change certificate.
