(4) The county-level conscription office informs the freshmen about the relevant policies of retaining the admission qualification one by one, and assists them or their clients to fill out the application form for retaining the admission qualification.
(5) Article 5 The county-level conscription office shall, in principle, summarize the Application Form for Admission of Freshmen in Colleges and Universities within 5 days after completing the handover procedures of all recruits within its jurisdiction, affix the seal of the county-level conscription office, and send it to the relevant college admissions department in the form of official letter together with a copy of the Notice of Enlistment.
