4. City University of Hong Kong
City University of Hong Kong is the City Polytechnic of Hong Kong, established in Mong Kok, Kowloon, 1984. On 1995, it was renamed City University of Hong Kong and moved to Kowloon Tong, the current campus. 1997 Kowloon Bay Campus was established in the former site of Wellington Middle School, offering associate degree and higher diploma courses.
