According to accurate information, Beiyang Vocational College will be completed in the second half of 2009.

Beiyangyuan Vocational Education New Area has a total area of 37 square kilometers. The first phase of the project covers an area of about 9.8 square kilometers, mainly for higher vocational education areas. Seven colleges are planned and designed, including five higher vocational colleges, namely Sino-German Vocational and Technical College, Modern Vocational and Technical College, Light Industry Vocational College, Electronic and Information Vocational and Technical College and Navigation Vocational College, and two secondary vocational schools, namely Instrument Radio Industrial School and Electromechanical Industrial School. It is planned to start construction in May this year, be completed by the end of 20 10, and be put into use in 20 1 1 spring. The first phase of the project involves Nanyang Village, Tianzui Village, Qin Zhuangzi Village, Hanchengqiao Village, Erdaoqiao Village (part), Wudengfang Village (part), Nanyang Industrial Park and Jinshili Neighborhood Committee, involving 765,438 households with 20,205 people and 447 non-resident households, with a total demolition area of 1.8 million square meters, including 85 households.
