The project is implemented in two phases: the first phase has a total land area of 450 mu, with an investment of 300 million yuan, and is planned and constructed according to the scale of 4,000 full-time college students and above, with a construction area of 80,000 square meters; The second phase covers an area of 250 mu. On the basis of joint construction, it is planned and constructed according to the scale of 6000 full-time college students and above. Two teaching buildings, two student apartments, a student canteen, a student entrepreneurship base, a comprehensive office building, a teacher apartment, a sports ground and a school gate have been built in the first phase of Qingshen Campus.
