1984 has been engaged in general surgery teaching and clinical work in Dali Medical College since August. In 2000, he studied in Huashan Hospital of Shanghai Medical University and the First Affiliated Hospital of West China Medical University for one year respectively. In September 2006, he studied in the on-the-job postgraduate class of Kunming Medical College, and in October 2002, he entered the institutions of higher learning jointly organized by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Science and Technology of People's Republic of China (PRC). In June 2002, he was appointed as the chairman of the first teaching expert committee of clinical medical college. In June 2005, he was hired as the editorial board and executive editor of Journal of Dali University. In August 2006, he was appointed as the director of the first Council of Yunnan Provincial Hospital Association; In June, 2007, he was transferred to the position of Deputy Director of Teaching Management Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical College to preside over the work, and was hired as a graduate tutor of Kunming Medical College.
