China Ocean University (OUC) is located in Qingdao, Shandong Province. It is a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC). It is also the national key construction university of "World-class University Construction University" (Class A), "985 Project" and "2 1 1 Project".
