Quancheng College of Jinan University is an independent college officially approved by the Ministry of Education and the Shandong Provincial People's Government to implement undergraduate education. The college is located in Penglai, with beautiful scenery and fresh air. [1] 2011,the main campus moved to Penglai, located at No.34 Haibin West Road, Penglai City, Yantai City. Quancheng College of Jinan University inherited the mantle of Dengzhou Wen Hui Guild Hall established by 1864 in Penglai, and paid attention to the construction of campus culture. At this point, the Wen Hui Pavilion was officially established150th anniversary. [2]
