At present, China schools that have passed the official certification of teacher training by German Telford Examination Institute mainly include Shanghai Tongji University and Beijing New Oriental School.
TestDaF is a standardized advanced examination based on language expression ability in university life environment. The examination questions come from TestDaF Examination Institute. TestDaF distinguishes language ability according to 3-5 grades, and grade 5 (TDN5) is the highest grade. Candidates who have reached Grade 5 in all four parts of the exam can adapt to all university courses in Germany. TestDaF's certificate is recognized by all universities in Germany.
It was held in China in 2003. China students studying in German universities will be able to take German exams in their own countries. TestDaF is held twice a year.
According to the agreement between the Examination Center of the Ministry of Education of China (NEEA) and the German Academic Examination Development Association (GFAT), the Examination Center of the Ministry of Education and the TestDaF Examination Institute jointly organized the implementation of TestDaF in China.
