Is it right for college graduates to force us to work in factories?
No, the school arranges students to go to the factory, and the factory will give the school money. Many factories will find schools for lack of employees and sign 1 or 2-year contracts with them. The company will give the school some employment placement fees, and the factory will sign a labor contract with you for two years after graduation. If it defaults, it will be fined. But not much. This is nothing more than a way for schools to make money in disguise.
