Time: 1-2 weeks (it may take longer for languages with new letters, because new letters take some time to adapt)
Several effects can be achieved from the beginning of learning phonetics-because the phonetics of a language are learned at the beginning, the listening comprehension will be greatly improved before the traditional language learning begins. When you start vocabulary training, the vocabulary memory effect will be better, because you are familiar with the pronunciation and spelling of words. When I finally start to speak this language to native English speakers, they will not switch to English for me, nor will they use their own language naively. This is an excellent adjustment.
If the language you want to learn uses completely unfamiliar letters, then you should learn the pronunciation letters of this language at this stage.
The second stage: vocabulary and grammar learning.
Time: about 3 months. The time at this stage is spent in two aspects: making vocabulary and grammar cards and reviewing these cards.
