For example, the Association has performed well in the fifth anniversary celebration, CUBA, Hubei Challenge Cup University Students' Scientific and Technological Works Competition, New Zealand Saint Mary Orchestra's visit to China and other large-scale activities, which have been unanimously affirmed and praised by the school leaders. The annual welcome activity has also been the main highlight of the volunteer service of the campus guide team. The campus tour guide team is an important part of the Youth Association under the leadership of the Youth League Committee, and it is also an important team for Wuhan University of Technology to serve young volunteers. As the name implies, it is a team that provides guidance services for all those who want to know about Wuhan University of Technology. It represents the image of young volunteers in the service process of Polytechnic University. Represents the image of Wuhan University of Technology students. Show the youthful style of science and engineering students in various large-scale activities undertaken by Wuhan University of Technology. Another duty of the tutorial team is to guide the students in our school, mainly because the campuses are scattered, there is not enough communication between the students in each campus, the campus span is large, and the students are unfamiliar, which also requires our tutorial service.

In addition, the learning guidance group also plays a leading role in thinking, advocating progressive and positive ideas among students and giving psychological guidance to the majority of students.

2. The duty of the voluntary maintenance team is to organize students who have the ability to maintain electronic technology and have the spirit of volunteering, to serve students with their own talents, to contribute to society, and to create conditions to improve the interest ability of team members, and to constantly exercise and improve in practice. Since the establishment of the maintenance team, the association has organized many voluntary maintenance activities in schools and off-campus communities, providing services to teachers, students and residents in various campuses and communities from time to time, which has won unanimous praise from students and the masses.

Since its establishment five years ago, the volunteer maintenance team of Wuhan University of Technology has been adhering to the purpose of "dedication, friendship, mutual assistance and progress", serving the society with practical actions, striving to build a resounding brand team and making contributions to social harmony. At present, the voluntary maintenance team consists of 73 volunteers with solid professional theory and maintenance experience. They have been deeply rooted in the service spirit of "serving the public, contributing to society, warming others and showing love". They inherited the spirit of volunteers with their own practical actions and explained the meaning of "dedication, selflessness and love".

The voluntary service developed in recent years is being recognized and praised by more and more people with its distinctive characteristics of the times and scientific and effective organization and management. The volunteer maintenance team of young volunteers of Wuhan University of Technology has also expanded its enrollment in a timely manner, recruiting talents and constantly injecting fresh vitality into the maintenance team. At the same time, the school's voluntary maintenance team also pays attention to consolidating traditional projects, strengthening exchanges and cooperation with all walks of life, and constantly expanding new fields.

Since its establishment, the Volunteer Maintenance Team of Youth Associations of Wuhan University of Technology has insisted on proceeding from reality and making full use of the existing resources of the school. On the one hand, we constantly carry out various voluntary maintenance activities in depth and in detail; On the other hand, actively strengthen the comprehensive quality education of maintenance team members, solidly and effectively promote the work of maintenance team members, and attract the extensive attention and active participation of students from all walks of life and schools.

Since its establishment, the Care for the Disabled Team, with the strong support of the Youth League Committee, has been cooperating with the School Disabled Persons' Federation in many aspects for a long time, making full use of human, material and information resources, complementing each other's advantages, caring for and helping the disabled, and carrying out various forms of activities to help the disabled, providing tangible services and help for their study, life and work, and promoting the long-term and in-depth development of the cause of helping the disabled.

A series of rules and regulations have been formulated and improved, such as the Articles of Association of Young Volunteers of Wuhan University of Technology, and the Measures for the Management of Disabled Action of Wuhan University of Technology. At the same time as the service corps set up a service team for the disabled, the volunteer associations of various colleges also set up a service team for the disabled, actively promoted the construction of volunteer service stations for the disabled, and set up civilized posts for disabled youth at all levels.

(2) Join hands with the School Disabled Persons' Federation, based on the campus and facing the society.

Caring for the disabled team and the school disabled persons' Federation have long-term cooperation in all aspects, making full use of human, material and information resources, complementing each other's advantages, caring for and helping the disabled, and carrying out various forms of activities to help the disabled, so as to promote the long-term and in-depth development of the cause of helping the disabled. In 2005, the school disabled volunteers provided services for the first national wheelchair rugby championship in 2005, and won the banner of "Time Pioneer Volunteer for the Disabled" awarded by Hubei Disabled Persons' Federation. In 2006, we actively went to the society and conducted a series of blind road surveys, calling on the society to protect barrier-free facilities and speed up legislation on barrier-free facilities protection.

(3), the establishment of assistance files, the implementation of "one more help one".

A set of supervision system has been established, and perfect files for helping the disabled have been established from the school general meeting to the branches of various colleges, which has enabled the association to realize the continuity and effectiveness of the assistance work. The association has a fixed number of helpers, and the association adheres to the form of "one-on-one, many-on-one" activities to carry out activities regularly. In particular, many disabled service formations have become a good situation of changing people without changing helpers, and the smooth handover of different grades of work has been realized.

(4) Actively explore new ideas to help the disabled and form a distinctive service brand.

The caring team for the disabled insists on carrying out various activities to help the disabled and strives for innovation in the activities, which not only exercises the team members, but also gets unanimous praise from all walks of life. In May 2004, Jiang Daguo, Vice Governor of Hubei Province, awarded the flag to the volunteer service team for the disabled in our school. In 2006, our service team won the excellent service group for helping the disabled in Hubei Province, and instructor Meng won the excellent individual for helping the disabled.

The main duty of the care group is to help the poor and the disabled. For example, the Young Volunteers Association of our school entered the community of Jason Wu on May 2 1 International Day for the Disabled and had a touching condolence interaction with the blind. In this way, we not only fully carry out voluntary service activities, but also convey our care for the disabled among our classmates. At the same time, it pays more attention to publicity activities, hoping to attract the attention of relevant departments and stimulate the public's enthusiasm for participating in public welfare activities of "helping, protecting and loving the disabled". More than 20 volunteers of the association have accumulated some written materials and more than 200 copies after a week's investigation through field investigation, taking photos to collect evidence, finding the footprints of the blind and letting blind friends speak for themselves.

5. The western planning team mainly serves the registration, recruitment and selection of college students' volunteer service in the western planning project. Since the beginning of this work in 2003, 83 graduates have participated in this activity. In 2003, 24 graduates mainly went to poor rural areas such as Enshi and Chongqing in Hubei Province to teach and help enterprises. In 2004, all 27 graduates went to poor rural areas in Yueyang, Hunan Province to engage in the pilot work of distance education for rural party member cadres, 32 in 2005 and 24 in 2006. Mainly to Shiyan, Huanggang, Enshi and other poor rural areas in Hubei, to help enterprises teach. In the past four years, the number of volunteers has also ranked among the top universities in the province, making due contributions to the development of the central and western parts of the motherland and the construction of a harmonious new countryside.

The plan of college students' voluntary service in the west is jointly organized and implemented by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League and the Ministry of Education, and the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Personnel give relevant policies and financial support. Since 2003, through open recruitment, voluntary registration, organization selection, centralized dispatch, etc., a certain number of fresh graduates from ordinary colleges and universities have been recruited every year to engage in voluntary services such as education, health, agricultural technology, poverty alleviation and the construction and management of township youth centers in poverty-stricken counties in the west for a period of 1-2 years.

The Western Planning Team of Wuhan University of Technology Young Volunteers Association is a department specially established by Wuhan University of Technology in response to the "Western Planning" policy. Founded in 2003, it is mainly responsible for collecting western plans for fresh graduates. Since its establishment, it has played an important role in the implementation of the western plan of Wuhan University of Technology and achieved excellent results. The number of volunteers ranks first in Hubei universities every year. A large number of outstanding and enthusiastic volunteers have been sent to this hot land in the west.

In 2009, about 1 10,000 college graduates will be sent to the grass-roots units in the western region for volunteer service in the national project of the western region through open recruitment, voluntary registration, organization selection and centralized dispatch. The registration period is from April 15 to May 10, and the length of volunteer service is adjusted from 1-2 years to 1-3 years.
