Three. Procedures to be handled before registration
1. transferred to the party organization.
For freshmen in areas where the foreign party affairs system in Guangdong Province is not connected to the national network, the letter of introduction is sent to the Education Working Committee of Guangdong Provincial Party Committee and to the XXX College Committee of Jinan University in China;
Freshmen whose Party Affairs System outside Guangdong Province has been connected to the national network can be transferred to "XXX College Committee of Jinan University" online through the Party Affairs System;
Freshmen in Guangdong Province should be transferred to the "Party Committee of XXX College of Jinan University" within the Guangdong Party Affairs Management System.
When reporting for duty, freshmen with paper letters of introduction will submit the letter of introduction of party organization relations issued by the original unit to their college, and the freshmen transferred through the party affairs system will be approved and accepted by the party affairs management system.
2. Please write: Youth League Committee of XX College of Jinan University.
3. Household registration transfer: For the specific requirements of freshmen who choose to transfer their household registration, please refer to the instructions for freshmen's household registration transfer (the attachment of "Hot Topics" and "Instructions for Freshmen's Admission" of Jinan University Research and Recruitment Network). Students enrolled in the "High-level Talents Program for Ethnic Minorities" are not allowed to move into their registered permanent residence.
4. The admission category is directed freshmen, and the above procedures are not required.
Four, to the school newspaper must bring the following materials.

1. Tuition: The charging standard is subject to the approval of Guangdong Development and Reform Commission. For details, please refer to the charging standards and payment instructions for freshmen in 2022 (attachments of "Hot Topics" and "Instructions for Freshmen's Admission" of Jinan University's research and recruitment network).
2. Accommodation fee: Full-time graduate students pay in advance 1.800 yuan, and refund more and make up less according to the actual dormitory charging standard.
3. Collect medical insurance premiums:
① Full-time graduate students (including overseas Chinese from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and high-level talents from ethnic minorities) should participate in the basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents and supplementary medical insurance for student groups during their school years, and they will be charged according to the academic year. The medical insurance premiums of students in Shipai Campus, Panyu Campus and Wenhua College are subject to the latest documents of Guangzhou Medical Insurance Bureau. In 2022, the basic medical insurance premium should be 398 yuan, and the student group should supplement the medical insurance premium of 50 yuan, totaling 448 yuan. The medical insurance premium for students in Zhuhai Campus is subject to the latest documents of Zhuhai Medical Insurance Bureau. In 2022, 350 yuan will pay the basic medical insurance premium, 50 yuan will pay the supplementary medical insurance premium for students, and 400 yuan will pay two premiums. You can't apply for deferred payment when collecting medical insurance premiums.
Students with financial difficulties in their families must provide the Certificate of Minimum Living Security for Urban and Rural Residents or the Certificate of Low-income Families with Difficulties issued by the Civil Affairs Department of the student's place of origin, or the Certificate of Disabled Persons in China issued by the Disabled Persons' Federation of the student's place of origin (1), and the disability level is Grade I or II. They must send the above-mentioned original and copy 1 copy and personal ID card to the public medical office for review within two weeks of admission, and those who pass the review will be refunded the medical insurance fee for this year.
(2) Foreign students receive annual group medical insurance premiums in 600 yuan.

Our school has a "green channel" for graduate students. Freshmen with financial difficulties can apply for deferred tuition and accommodation fees by registering at the front line of the school or on-site on the day of school. Encourage students from poor families to actively apply for various scholarships, three assistances and one auxiliary position during their study at school.
Six, apply for a national student loan
1. Student-origin credit student loan: Freshmen can apply for student-origin credit student loan before entering school, and apply for a loan from the student financial assistance management center in the county (city, district) where their families are located (in some areas, they can apply directly to relevant financial institutions). The county-level student financial assistance management center is responsible for the preliminary examination of the qualifications of the applications submitted by students. Financial institutions are responsible for the final approval and issuance of loans. In principle, the 2022 graduate students with financial difficulties admitted by our school should give priority to applying for student-origin credit loan in their own place.
2. On-campus national student loan: If there is no student-origin credit student loan in some areas, graduate students can apply for on-campus national student loan after registration, and go through relevant formalities after registration. Seven. Accommodation arrangements
1. The object of school accommodation arrangement is full-time (non-directional) graduate freshmen.
2. In order to make good accommodation arrangements, if the school needs to arrange accommodation in a unified way, please register and confirm through Jinan University Freshman Network () within one week after receiving the notice. Eight, warm tips
1. Freshman information service:
(1)juid activation: juid (student number) and personal password are the passport documents for students to log in to various information systems of Jinan University. Freshmen should log on to Jinan University Freshmen Network () on August, 2022 1, and set their personal password according to the prompts to complete JNUID activation. After JNUID is successfully activated, freshmen can use all kinds of information services provided by the school for freshmen, including binding the official WeChat account identity of the school, obtaining a WeChat campus card (freshman purple card), opening campus network services online, and accessing information systems such as school integration portal and freshman network.
(2) WeChat identity binding: After the activation of juid, freshmen can pay attention to the official WeChat account of Jinan University (micro-signal: jinandaxue 1906 and Jinan University), click "juid binding" in the menu bar of official WeChat account, and complete the identity binding according to the prompts.
(3) Fill in the personal information of freshmen and inquire about the enrollment information: freshmen should log in to official website () of Jinan University or the official WeChat account of Jinan University (micro-signal: Jinan University 1 906 and Jinan University) on August/0/2022, click to enter the "Freshman Network" (), complete the information filling of freshmen as prompted, and check the enrollment announcement and information.
2. The school will review the new students within three months after registration according to Article 8 of the Regulations on the Management of Students in Ordinary Colleges and Universities (Order No.41of the Ministry of Education). The contents of the audit mainly include application information, physical conditions, admission qualifications, academic degree certificates, etc. Anyone who obtains admission qualification by false or forged means will be disqualified by the school according to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education.
Please go through the registration formalities according to the time specified in the admission notice. Those who are unable to report on time for some reason must submit a written leave of absence to the scientific research management office of your college before August 26th, and can be postponed after reporting to the graduate school of your college for approval (report no later than September 12).
