Chapter II Organizational Structure and Responsibilities

The Admissions Committee formulates enrollment policies, enrollment scales and enrollment plans, and discusses and decides major enrollment issues.

Article 6 The Admissions Committee of China Communication University has an Admissions Office as a permanent institution, which is specifically responsible for the daily work of full-time undergraduate and higher vocational enrollment, and does not entrust any intermediary agencies.
Chapter III Enrollment Conditions
Article 7 The enrollment conditions of China Communication University shall be implemented in accordance with the Ministry of Education's Regulations on Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities in 20 14 and the Ministry of Education's Notice on Doing a Good Job in Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities in 20 14.
Chapter IV Enrollment Plan
Article 8 The Admissions Office shall formulate the annual undergraduate enrollment plan according to the school development scale, school conditions, talent demand, discipline development and other factors, and report it to the Ministry of Education for approval after being examined and approved by the school enrollment committee and the president's office meeting.
Article 9 The Admissions Office adheres to scientific and coordinated development according to the annual enrollment plan issued by the Ministry of Education and the relevant national enrollment policies. In accordance with the principle of "promoting fairness through development", combined with the conditions of running a school, considering the situation of students and graduates' employment, we should do a good job in adjusting the professional structure and regional structure of enrollment, and scientifically and reasonably prepare plans for different provinces and majors.
The provincial and professional source plans shall be audited by the school admissions committee and the principal's office and reported to the Ministry of Education for approval.
Article 10 The Admissions Office shall send (deliver) the enrollment plan issued by the Ministry of Education after examination and approval to the admissions offices of colleges and universities in relevant provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) within the specified time, and make it public.
Chapter V Admission Rules
Article 11 Under the leadership of the Ministry of Education, and under the unified organization of the admissions committees of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), China Communication University implements the enrollment system of "the school is responsible and the enrollment is supervised" by the Ministry of Education.
Twelfth candidates who enjoy the bonus policy will be given extra points according to the regulations of provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government), but the actual college entrance examination results (excluding any extra points) will prevail when they are admitted.
In the case that the actual total score of the college entrance examination is the same, the priority admission policy takes care of candidates with extra points and candidates with high scores in related subjects.
Thirteenth foreign language majors only recruit candidates in English language.
Except that the admissions department of the province (autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government) where the candidates were born does not organize the oral English test, candidates applying for foreign language majors in our school must take the oral English test and get 80% or above in the province (autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government).
Other majors do not restrict candidates' foreign languages, but English is the only foreign language course in the school, and English is the only foreign language course for freshmen after entering the school.
Article 14 Admission Principles for Undergraduate Majors Paragraph 1 According to the situation of students in various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), the enrollment ratio shall be controlled within 1 10% of the enrollment plan.
Among them, in the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) that implement parallel volunteer, the proportion of investment is controlled within 105% of the enrollment plan.
The minimum control score for filing is not lower than the local key undergraduate admission score.
The actual college entrance examination scores (excluding any extra points) of candidates admitted to ordinary undergraduate courses shall not be lower than the admission scores of local key undergraduate courses.
Article 3 In the case that the number of first-choice candidates is insufficient, in principle, the actual college entrance examination scores (excluding any extra points) of all non-first-choice candidates with major transfers shall not be lower than the average score of the first-choice candidates who have already reported.
If the number of qualified non-first-choice candidates is still insufficient, the remaining plans will be transferred to other provinces with better student quality to complete the enrollment plan.
Article 4 When determining the major to be admitted by candidates, the professional volunteer level shall be set according to the professional volunteers reported by candidates on the minimum admission score line designated by the school. The scores of the first, second and third professional volunteers are poor by 2 points, and the professional volunteers after the third professional volunteer are regarded as parallel professional volunteers; Under the same conditions, students are admitted according to their scores in English (arts and sciences), Chinese (arts and sciences) or mathematics (sciences), arts and sciences (sciences).
Article 5 If the professional volunteers can't be satisfied, they will be adjusted from high to low according to the actual college entrance examination scores (when the actual college entrance examination scores are the same, they will be queued in turn according to English (liberal arts), Chinese (liberal arts) or mathematics (science), literature (liberal arts) or science (science) until they are not fully recorded and meet the reported scores). Article 6 The elective subject of Shanghai Shengyuan candidates applying for engineering majors must be physics.

Article 8 The admission principles of Jiangsu Shengyuan candidates for general undergraduate majors
The proportion of the first promotion should be controlled within 105% of the enrollment plan.
The second elective subject level is required to be B+ B, and the minimum admission control score line is not lower than the admission score line of key batches of undergraduate courses in Jiangsu Province.
Candidates admitted for the third time are sorted according to the way of scoring first and then grading, that is, according to the original scores of candidates' Chinese, mathematics and foreign languages+policy reward scores+extra points (excluding policy care scores), the candidates' admission majors are determined; If the scores are the same, priority will be given to policy care for extra candidates; If the grades are still the same, the students will be selected according to the sum of the original grades and additional grades of Chinese, mathematics and foreign languages. If it is still the same, convert the selected subjects into component numbers, and select the best ones from high to low; If it is still the same, the scores of the four required subjects will be converted into the number of components, and the best admission will be made from high to low.

Ninth minority preparatory students (including Xinjiang two-year preparatory students) admission scores shall not be lower than the second batch of local undergraduate control scores, according to the actual college entrance examination results (excluding any extra points) from high to low.

Article 15 Admission Principles for Art Undergraduate Majors The admission principles for art undergraduate majors shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education and the 20 14 Art Undergraduate Admissions Guide of Communication University of China.
