1, nostalgia in Shanhaiguan, surfing in Beidaihe (whole journey 1 138 km, four days recommended).

Route: Beijing (272km)-Beidaihe (42km)-Shanhaiguan (152km)-Huludao (58km)-Jinzhou (17km)-Chaoyang (282km)-Chengde (2/kloc-0).

Beautiful scenery along the way: Laolongtou, Shanhaiguan, Qinhuangdao Wildlife Park, chengde mountain resort and Wuling Mountain.

Highlight: You are not a true man until you reach the Great Wall. If you want to see the complete Great Wall, you must start from the easternmost Shanhaiguan. Shanhaiguan City built a city gate with a complete defense system during the Hongwu period of Ming Dynasty. The city wall extends all the way to the coast of Laolongtou. After enjoying the city wall, you can enjoy seafood.

Play with water in Treasure Beach and eat fish in Yue Tuo Island.
