The style of studying abroad is still very good, and the newly-built library is also very suitable for self-study. Many people study in the library every day. There are many titles abroad. It is one of the four earliest foreign language colleges established in New China, the only institution of higher learning with complete professional foreign languages in Northwest China, and a member of Shaanxi Provincial High-level University, New Silk Road University Alliance, Chang 'an Alliance, Youth Diplomatic University Alliance and Global Foreign Language University Alliance.
Third, teaching resources.
Foreign research majors are very rich. The school has 20 colleges (departments), offering 60 undergraduate majors and 4 minor majors, covering 7 disciplines including literature, economy, management, law, education, science and art, but the most recommended majors are foreign languages and humanities and social sciences, especially for students who want to learn foreign languages, but their scores are not enough for top universities. Going abroad is a good choice. Language majors are taught in small classes (10-30 students), and the teaching staff is relatively strong.
Every college has the qualification of postgraduate entrance examination, and students who want to continue their studies should know early and prepare early! There is also a national-level innovation experimental area in the western region, whose major is translation, which is called the innovation experimental area of training mode for applied translation talents.
Finally, let's talk about the employment problem that everyone is concerned about. In fact, the employment rate of foreign languages is not ideal. The employment of language majors is narrow, while other majors of foreign languages are not so prominent. Therefore, students who are not language lovers are advised to choose a foreign language as appropriate. Students who prefer language majors, if there is no better school, going abroad is a good choice, but you should decide in advance whether to study abroad, take the postgraduate entrance examination or get employed, and be prepared.
