1. If you have subscribed to other Apple Music packages before, you can refer to Apple's official help page to change your subscription plan. If not, you can directly select the "College Students" scheme in the "Music" application.

2. In the pop-up webpage, there will be a window for you to fill in the name of the school. You don't need to fill it in, just click "UNiDAYS Support" below, and you will jump to the window as shown on the right.

3. Click on the words "No institution can be found" (whether you can find your own school or not), and a window will pop up to fill in the form. You need to fill in your name, school and EDU email address truthfully (you can leave it blank), and submit it after filling it out. There will be a window to remind you that you have sent an email to the mailbox (Apple ID mailbox) to verify your student identity with manual customer service.

4. When you go to email, you will receive an email, as shown in the figure below. It is clearly stated in the email that if there is no academic mailbox, you can provide a student ID card to verify your identity.

According to the requirements in the email, you can use similar applications such as Scanner Pro, and directly add attachments to reply after preparing the materials. Of course, you'd better prepare more copies to avoid trouble. In addition, in order to enhance persuasiveness, you can send your name, the full name of the school and the school official website together.

5. If there is nothing wrong with your materials, UNiDAYS will give you a reply (the reply speed may be different). Receiving this email means that you have officially passed the verification of Apple Music student qualification. Go back to "Music", re-select the "College Students" scheme and enjoy your music.
