Basic work:
(1) Training of officers: A department needs fresh blood at the beginning of the new semester, so when the school starts, the focus of our department is how to recruit officers and what kind of officers to look for. Gradually, the center of gravity is inclined to the training of officers. Talent training is the top priority of every department. So this semester, our department takes talent training as one of the key points. Only when the personnel are trained can we work efficiently and quickly. As the work of the supervision department is more and more extensive, it is necessary to strengthen communication and help each other in order to work smoothly and orderly. Therefore, the communication between officers is harmonious and understanding, so as to cultivate team consciousness, so as to complete the work quickly and effectively, promote each other and communicate with each other, so as to improve and exchange work experience with each other, find out the shortcomings, and at the same time understand the views and opinions of others on the work of their own departments.
Recruits: 14 freshmen of Information College.
The purpose of recruiting new students: to ensure fresh blood and sufficient quality reserve forces in the department, to carry out the work in the department more effectively, to realize the alternation of new and old student union cadres, to cultivate and strengthen the team of supervision department, and to ensure the continuity of our work.

(2) Rectify the internal order and increase officials' sense of belonging to the department: the stability of the internal order is very important for the development and good work of a department.
Therefore, in this semester, the internal order of the Ministry of Supervision cannot be relaxed. We should be strict with ourselves, do more criticism and self-criticism, and show the spirit of being rigorous, disciplined and teamwork in this department. Facing the lazy attitude of officers, we should severely punish them. At the same time, we should arouse the enthusiasm of officers and enhance their sense of ownership of the department.

Conscientiously do a good job in attendance, in line with the principle of seeking truth from facts, do a good job in the registration of disciplinary records with meeting personnel, and do a good job. Our department will regularly report and openly check for everyone to increase the transparency of the work.
2. Learn about classroom discipline and attendance from time to time.
Check the attendance of students of class committees and officers in each class, collect records every week, investigate and report false reports, and give corresponding disciplinary treatment to students who are absent from class or absent without reason according to the seriousness of the case.
3. Our department will go deep into students' daily discipline and behavior inspection from time to time, record all kinds of violations and deal with them in time.
4. Plan to know students' opinions and suggestions in time, build a bridge to communicate with students by email, take the initiative to accept reasonable opinions, and investigate, handle and report bad situations in time.
Detain from the masses, work passively, engage in formalism, and do ideological work if the work is not done well; If the circumstances are serious, corresponding disciplinary action shall be given and handed over to the presidium for handling.

Our department will supervise the meeting, do a good job of attendance, be serious and responsible, and make records. Cooperation between student union departments: At work, there are often some bad ideas, such as: This is your department's business, why do you want me to do it, and I am not from your department; In addition, the work is not active, the attitude is negative, and things are handled. We should put an end to this unhealthy phenomenon and strengthen our service consciousness and attitude. Conduct discipline inspection and supervision of various activities and conferences held by schools and colleges. Before the activity begins, the officer should ask the relevant personnel about the attendance list and record the attendance by roll call or sign-in. During the meeting, attention should be paid to rectifying discipline, and individuals or groups who disturb order should be given corresponding disciplinary treatment according to the circumstances, and recorded and reported. Plan to actively participate in various activities organized by schools and colleges, and strive to do a good job in the work of the student union. Pioneering and innovative, dare to find problems: nothing is static, especially in our regulatory department. In the new semester, we should not only complete our own work well, but also be brave enough to find and ask questions for exploration and innovation, and the regulatory authorities will continue to improve themselves.
