I always keep some challenging jobs for myself, but in practical work, due to lack of work experience, some mistakes often occur, so some old employees in the company will be dissatisfied with me. Although one of the old employees only has a secondary school education, he said in front of me that there are so many so-called undergraduate degrees, and it seems useless to read so many books. What the other party said made me feel particularly uncomfortable. At this moment, I feel that my education has indeed been trampled on, but when I think about it carefully, the fundamental problem is still on myself. Who told me I didn't do my job well? ! Therefore, I didn't respond to each other's bad words, but I kept summing up experiences and lessons in the following work. Soon my work was gradually recognized by everyone, and the attitude of the old employees towards me changed obviously, which made me realize that even if my education is higher than others, it doesn't mean that I have real ability after work, and I still have to keep learning and honing myself to better adapt to the survival of the workplace.

After graduation, the work and major do not match at all. For example, a person who studies accounting took an examination of a civil servant in garden management. This kind of work is completely inappropriate and feels very uncomfortable. However, it can still be admitted, and you have to study slowly at work. What you learn at school is useless and your self-esteem is trampled on.

This is also a very helpless one. There are many young teachers who are full of self-confidence and fighting spirit when teaching their children, and have just graduated. They use a lot of knowledge they have learned in school to teach all the students, but the students' grades are often not particularly good. After practical exploration, with the growth of age, I found an understanding memory, which is not as good as cramming teaching. Therefore, there are many strict teachers who constantly train their students in harsh ways, but their grades have risen rapidly. This feeling that learning is useless is also a kind of trampling. Many things you have learned are different from those you have applied in practice. If you don't apply what you have learned, the psychological gap will be great.

There are many majors, and when you finish studying, you will find that you are useless at all. You don't even know what your major is for in the future. Even when you are studying, everyone is encouraging you to engage in this industry and that industry, but when you walk out of the campus, you will find that all industries don't need you, and neither do you.
