Youth League training is over. Although there are only a few short classes, I have learned a lot about the Communist Youth League from these classes, which makes me deeply feel the responsibility as a league member. This training has benefited me a lot, and I will think and solve problems more maturely in my future work.

Now I really realize that I really didn't have a deep understanding of the League members, the responsibilities of the League members and how to be a truly pioneering and outstanding League member cadre. I am really excited and happy now. I really didn't expect that this whole school party member cadre training would let me learn so much knowledge that I couldn't learn at ordinary times, especially about the Communist Youth League and being a man.

I have always thought that I am a doer, and that theoretical study is not only boring, but also there is a certain gap between theory and practice. Theoretical study is often time-consuming and laborious, and has no practical effect, but this study has changed my immature ideas and given me a new understanding of study and work. Next, I will take part in this training and talk about my personal experience.
