Teachers have changed from the implementer of the previous curriculum to the constructor of the curriculum, which requires higher curriculum implementation ability. At this time, the teaching and research group should carry out practical and effective teaching and research activities according to teachers' needs and problems, really pay attention to teachers' confusion, solve teachers' confusion and help teachers improve their educational and teaching ability. Through the reading of How to Be a Good Teaching and Research Team Leader, I am more determined. A good and competent teaching and research team leader has three main tasks to do well.
