Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1 In order to ensure the smooth progress of undergraduate enrollment in our university and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of candidates, the Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Articles of Association of Nanjing University and other relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education and our university, combined with the actual situation of undergraduate enrollment in our university.
Second, the implementation of undergraduate enrollment in our school? Sunshine project? , insist? Fairness and justice, comprehensive measurement, comprehensive evaluation, and merit-based admission? The principle of selecting and enrolling outstanding students is suitable for the characteristics of talent training in our school.
Article 3 Undergraduate enrollment in our school is subject to the supervision of discipline inspection and supervision departments, candidates, parents, news media and all sectors of society.
Chapter II Organizational Structure
Article 4 The school shall set up an undergraduate enrollment committee to determine the overall thinking and objectives of undergraduate enrollment, review the policies, plans and admission principles of undergraduate enrollment, discuss and decide major issues of undergraduate enrollment, and guide the work of undergraduate enrollment.
Article 5 The school shall set up a leading group for undergraduate enrollment, which shall be responsible for formulating the enrollment charter, compiling the enrollment plan, determining the selection and testing scheme, determining the admission criteria, and reviewing the admission results and other specific matters of undergraduate enrollment according to the authorization of the undergraduate enrollment working committee.
Article 6 The General Undergraduate Admissions Office of Nanjing University (hereinafter referred to as the General Undergraduate Admissions Office) is a permanent institution that organizes and implements undergraduate enrollment, and is specifically responsible for the daily work of general undergraduate enrollment.
Article 7 The Undergraduate Admissions Office shall set up enrollment working groups in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) as required. The enrollment working groups are responsible for the enrollment publicity and enrollment policies and enrollment consultation in the region, and assist the undergraduate enrollment office to do the undergraduate enrollment work in the responsible area. The head of the enrollment working group is appointed by the school.
Article 8 The School Commission for Discipline Inspection and the Ministry of Supervision shall be responsible for supervising the implementation of various policies and regulations on undergraduate enrollment.
Chapter III Enrollment Plan
Article 9 according to the decision of the joint meeting of the party and government of the school, combined with our school? In the talent training reform plan, our school continues to implement the enrollment mode of combining departments with disciplines, and plans to enroll 3300 full-time undergraduates.
Article 10 According to the spirit of the relevant documents of the state and the Ministry of Education, combined with the actual situation of the school's talent training objectives and school conditions, our school will make overall consideration of the number of candidates in each province (autonomous region and municipality directly under the Central Government), the quality of students, the coordinated development of regions, the continuity of planning arrangements over the years and other factors, and determine the enrollment plan by province, which will be announced to the public after being reported to the Ministry of Education for approval by the provincial admissions authorities.
Article 11 In order to adjust the imbalance of students enrolled in the local unified examination, according to the spirit of the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education, our school has made a reservation plan according to 1% of the total annual undergraduate enrollment plan, which has been decided by the leading group of undergraduate enrollment in our school to give priority to the use in provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) with a large number of students and good quality.
Chapter IV Access Rules
Article 12 undergraduate enrollment in our school follows the regulations of the Ministry of education? Is the school responsible for enrollment and supervision? Under the leadership of the Ministry of Education, the admission system is organized and implemented by the competent departments of admissions in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government).
Article 13 Our school enrolls students according to the categories of science and engineering, literature and history and art. ..
Article 14 The undergraduate enrollment in our school is implemented by remote online admission. According to the candidates in the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) to enter oneself for an examination, determine the file transfer ratio or file transfer score line, according to the order of the batch of voluntary filing, in principle, control within 120%. According to the batch of filing in parallel volunteer, the proportion of filing should be controlled within 105% in principle.
Article 15 Undergraduate enrollment in our school is voluntary. If the number of students who have completed the batch filing is insufficient, the remaining plans will be publicly collected, and the unfinished plans after the collection will be transferred to provinces with sufficient students.
The rest of the plans are transferred to provinces with sufficient students.
Article 16 Our school will take professional admission to the leading candidates according to the principle of combining score priority with professional grade difference, and the professional grade difference is 1, 1 and 0 in turn.
Article 17 Our school recognizes in principle that the admissions authorities of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) give policy-oriented extra points to candidates according to the relevant policies of the Ministry of Education; If the same candidate has more than one policy plus points, only the highest score will be taken, and the plus points shall not exceed 20 points. Candidates who meet the requirements of the Ministry of Education for extra points will be adjusted according to the scores after extra points, and the extra points will be deducted after entering the file to participate in professional sorting.
Article 18 Admission methods of our school, such as independent enrollment, high-level art troupe, high-level sports team, and individual enrollment of rural students (incentive plan), shall be implemented according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education, the enrollment departments of provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), our school's enrollment brochures for related categories this year, and the agreements signed between candidates and the school.
Admission of students who walk in our school, national defense students, directional students (including special enrollment plan for rural poverty-stricken areas and directional Tibet plan), art students, second bachelor's degree students, ethnic minority preparatory classes, mainland Xinjiang classes, mainland Tibet classes, overseas Chinese, students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan provinces shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the Ministry of Education and the relevant enrollment methods of our school.
Article 19 Except for national defense students, the proportion of male and female students is not stipulated in the admission of various majors (professional categories). It is recommended that non-English candidates apply for the language major they have studied.
Article 20 Our school also implements the following regulations for candidates in Jiangsu Province: The minimum requirements for the two elective subjects of the high school academic level examination are A and A, and the required academic level and comprehensive quality evaluation must meet the requirements of Jiangsu Province for volunteering in undergraduate colleges; If the candidates reach A+ in two elective subjects, add 3 points to participate in the professional ranking; The minimum requirements for the two elective subjects of high-level art troupes are B and B；; The academic performance test requirements of high-level sports teams and Art Candidates shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of Jiangsu Province; The minimum requirements for the two elective subjects of independent enrollment (including rural autonomy) in Jiangsu Province are A and A.
Chapter V Fees and Scholarship Measures
Article 21 The tuition fees for undergraduate majors in our school will be announced separately according to the new tuition fees adjusted by Jiangsu Province (the tuition fees for the third and fourth academic years of software engineering are 65,438 yuan+06,000 yuan/year). Accommodation fee is 65438 yuan +0200/ year.
Article 22 Our school promises not to let any student drop out of school because of family financial difficulties, and actively helps students complete their studies through scholarships, grants, national student loans, work-study programs, temporary difficulties subsidies, tuition and miscellaneous fees reduction, and green channels for students with family financial difficulties to enter school. At present, the school has more than 70 scholarships, more than 40 grants, and more than 200 work-study jobs/kloc-0. The coverage rate of scholarships and financial aid for undergraduates is over 50%, and the coverage rate of financial aid for poor students is 1 0,000%, which effectively guarantees the carefree study and happy growth of the majority of students at school.
Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions
Article 23 In addition to the provisions of the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities formulated by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation, the physical health requirements of the candidates enrolled in our school are supplemented as follows: those who have stuttering, abnormal gait, hunchback, facial scar, hemangioma, melanocytic nevus and vitiligo are not allowed to study in foreign languages and literature majors in our school.
Twenty-fourth freshmen need to undergo physical re-examination after entering school, and those with abnormal grades shall be implemented according to the relevant regulations of the school. Anyone who practices fraud in the physical examination will be disqualified once verified.
Article 25 according to? Sunshine project? It is required to further promote the institutionalization and systematization of undergraduate enrollment in our school this year, strengthen the publicity service and information disclosure for candidates, and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the majority of candidates.
Article 26 The enrollment plan, enrollment policies, charging standards, admission principles and admission results of our school can be found on the undergraduate enrollment website of Nanjing University, and the school will not entrust any unit or individual to publish and explain the enrollment policies and admissions.
Article 27 The Articles of Association was discussed and adopted at the meeting of the leading group for enrollment work of Japanese Department on May 6, 2004, and shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
Article 28 The Articles of Association shall be interpreted by the General Undergraduate Admissions Office of Nanjing University.
