If the agricultural bank card is frozen by the public security bureau and other competent authorities, the freezing period shall be counted from the second day after the freezing formalities, and the longest period shall be six months, and may be renewed after the expiration. The competent authority shall go through the formalities of freezing renewal before the expiration of the freezing period, and if it fails to go through the formalities of freezing renewal within the time limit, it shall be regarded as an automatic measure to lift the freezing.
