According to the principle of comprehensive evaluation of morality, intelligence and physique, merit-based admission, quality assurance and quality prior to quantity, the instructor puts forward preliminary admission opinions, which are audited by the academic degree evaluation committee of the department (hospital) and the school (hospital) and approved by the president of the school (hospital) to determine the admission list.

The admission list shall be submitted to the provincial (city, autonomous region) Higher Education Department (bureau), the Admissions Committee of colleges and universities, the competent ministries and commissions and the Ministry of Education for the record.
