Admit it. Beijing Xinghua University was established on July 1983 with the approval of Haidian District and Beijing Adult Education Bureau. It is one of the earliest private non-academic institutions of higher education in Beijing.

At present, there are three forms of private colleges and universities:

1. Self-taught diploma and school diploma, among which the self-taught diploma is recognized nationwide, but the school's own diploma may not be recognized. Self-study diploma is a local self-study exam for students during their school days, and students are organized to take the exam.

2. Issue academic diplomas and school diplomas. Academic diplomas may not be recognized nationwide, but they are regional.

3. Some students in private colleges and universities can be included in the unified recruitment, but only if they reach the score line. The academic qualifications of these students are recognized by the state.
