0 1 subsidy for college students to participate in Shaoxing talent exchange activities

Invite college students (including those who graduate within 2 years) to participate in talent exchange activities such as job hunting and short-term internship (no more than 1 month), give them a transportation subsidy of 200- 1.500 yuan, and arrange accommodation according to the standard of 200 yuan for each college student every day.

Interpretation of the enjoyment method: Before the activity is implemented, the employer needs to log in to "the sooner the exchange" and submit the list to the local human resources and social security bureau.

Interpretation of subsidy: The transportation subsidy is paid to college students' bank accounts, and the standard is 200 yuan/person/time in the province, 800 yuan/person/time in East China (except Zhejiang Province) and 1.500 yuan/person/time outside East China.

02 college students' employment internship subsidy

For college students who come to Shaoxing for internship (1 month or more), corresponding transportation subsidies and commercial insurance subsidies will be given, and the internship subsidies for junior college (vocational college), undergraduate (technician) and above will be given up to 12 months each time according to 60% and 80% of the local minimum wage.

Interpretation of the object of enjoyment: college students and unemployed graduates within 2 years of graduation.

Interpretation of subsidies: internship subsidies and commercial insurance subsidies (maximum 50 yuan/person/time) are allocated to internship units; The transportation subsidy shall be paid to the bank account of the students participating in the internship. The standard is 200 yuan/person/time in the province, 800 yuan/person/time in East China (except Zhejiang Province) and 1.500 yuan/person/time outside East China.

Three guarantees for college graduates

Note: After 202 1, 10 and 12, the subsidy object was slightly adjusted. Interpretation of the object of housing ticket subsidy for college graduates: college graduates who work in Shaoxing for the first time, sign a labor contract with the employer for more than 3 years, promise to work in Shaoxing for 5 years, pay social security in the place where the employer belongs, never enjoy the local affordable housing or housing reform policy, buy a house for the first time after working in Shaoxing (including those who work in Shaoxing enterprises during and after graduation, without household registration restrictions), and deputy senior technicians. Starting from working hours, the subsidy for housing tickets after buying a house is limited to college graduates who work in Shaoxing in the graduation year and buy a house for the first time in the graduation year; Eligible couples can enjoy room ticket subsidies according to the corresponding standards. District, county (city) subsidy objects, standards, requirements, etc. The regional policy document shall prevail.

Interpretation of subsidies for college graduates: college graduates, deputy senior titles, senior technicians and technicians who work in Shaoxing for the first time and promise to work in Shaoxing for five years and pay social security in their territories. Settlement allowance and room ticket can be enjoyed at the same time.

Interpretation of the object of rental subsidy: From June 65438+1 October1day, 2020, full-time employees with college (higher vocational), undergraduate (technician) or above working in various enterprises in Shaoxing have no housing for new employment. Requirements:

(1) sign a labor contract with the employer for more than 3 years (inclusive) and pay enterprise social insurance 1 month or more (inclusive).

(2) The applicant and spouse have no self-owned housing in this area.

(3) If the applicant is married, the application shall be based on the family and the payment shall be made according to the principle of priority.

(4) When applying for a job, in principle, the labor contract signing unit and the social insurance payment unit are the same. In case of any discrepancy, the tax payment place shall prevail.

(five) shall not be repeated with the government investment in public rental housing or talent apartments to enjoy rental subsidies. After enjoying the room ticket policy, no rental subsidies will be issued.

04 talents apartment

Newly introduced graduates with bachelor's degree or above who work in Shaoxing can apply to live in talent apartments, free of charge or paying only a small amount of rent. All districts and counties (cities) shall enjoy the objects and requirements subject to the territorial documents.
