1, Peking University:
Peking University, referred to as "Peking University" for short, is a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC), and its schools rank among the national "Double-Class A", "985 Project" and "2 1 1 Project".
Peking University is the first national comprehensive university in China, and the highest educational administrative organ in China at that time. Founded in 1898, it was originally named Shi Jing University Hall. 19 12 changed to national Peking University. 1938 moved to Kunming and changed its name to National Southwest Associated University. 1946 returned to Beiping.
From 65438 to 0952, it became a comprehensive university focusing on basic disciplines of arts and sciences, and moved from Beijing Beach and other places to its current site. In 2000, it merged with the former Beijing Medical University to form the new Peking University.
2. Tsinghua University:
Tsinghua University, abbreviated as "Tsinghua", is located at No.30 Shuangqing Road, Haidian District, Beijing. It is a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC), and ranks among the national "double first-class A", "985 Project" and "2 1 1 Project". Tsinghua University is known as "the cradle of red engineers".
Tsinghua University, formerly known as Tsinghua School, was founded in 19 1 1, 19 12 and renamed as Tsinghua School. 1928 changed its name to National Tsinghua University. 1937 after the full-scale outbreak of War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, it moved south to Changsha and formed the National Changsha Temporary University with Peking University and Nankai University. /kloc-moved to Kunming in 0/938 and changed its name to National Southwest Associated University.
The school has successively resumed or established the disciplines of science, literature, medicine and economic management, and established a graduate school and a continuing education college. 1999, the Central Academy of Arts and Crafts merged to form Tsinghua University Academy of Fine Arts. 20 12 graduate department, People's Bank of China, merged into Wudaokou Finance College in Tsinghua University.
3. Zhejiang University:
Zhejiang University, referred to as "Zhejiang University", is located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. It is a comprehensive national key university directly under the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC), and ranks among the national "Double First Class", "2 1 1 Project" and "985 Project".
The school, formerly Qiushi College, was founded on 1897 and closed on 19 14. 1928 National Zhejiang University was newly established in the former site of Qiushi College. 1937 moved westward, running schools in Zunyi and Meitan, and 1946 moved back to Hangzhou in the autumn.
From 65438 to 0952, some departments of Zhejiang University were placed under the Chinese Academy of Sciences and other universities, and the main part was reorganized into several universities in Hangzhou, which later developed into the original Zhejiang University, Hangzhou University, Zhejiang Agricultural University and Zhejiang Medical University. 1998, four universities with the same roots merged to form the new Zhejiang University.
4. National University of Defense Technology:
The National University of Defense Technology of PLA (hereinafter referred to as the National University of Defense Technology) is located in Changsha City, Hunan Province. It is a comprehensive military university directly led by the Central Military Commission of the Chinese Production Party, and has always been a key institution for national and military construction.
The University of National Defense Technology, formerly known as the Military Engineering College of China People's Liberation Army, was founded in Harbin, 1953. 1970 the main body of the college moved south to Changsha and was renamed Changsha Institute of Technology. 1978, the school was transformed into National University of Defense Technology. 1999, newly-built National University of Defense Technology.
20 17 School was rebuilt on the basis of National University of Defense Technology, School of International Relations, School of National Defense Information, Xi 'an Communication College, School of Electronic Engineering and School of Meteorology and Oceanography of Polytechnic University. Its headquarters is located in Changsha, and its internal colleges are located in Changsha, Nanjing, Wuhan, Hefei and other places.
