Sichuan Normal University is a key university in Sichuan Province, the first batch of universities in China to implement the "Basic Capacity Building Project for Universities in the Midwest", and a national model school to deepen the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education. It is the earliest university in Sichuan Province that holds undergraduate normal education and has the longest running history among normal universities.
There are 2 postdoctoral mobile stations, 3 first-class disciplines authorized by doctoral degree, 25 first-class disciplines authorized by master degree, 3 master degree authorized by two disciplines/KLOC-0, 3 master degree authorized by two disciplines/KLOC-0, and 79 undergraduate majors, including 4 provincial key discipline construction projects, 2 first-class disciplines and 7 key disciplines in two disciplines Province.
Cooperation and communication:
The school has the National Institute of Global Governance and Regional Studies, Southeast Asia Research Center, Japan Research Center, Korea Research Center, South Asia Research Center, Thailand Research Center and Pakistan Research Center. Co-organized "Chengdu Sejong School" with Sejong School Headquarters in Korea.
