Surveying and Mapping Science and Technology is in the Catalogue of Disciplines and Specialties for Granting Doctoral and Master's Degrees and Training Postgraduates, which was formulated and promulgated by the Discipline Evaluation Group of the State Council Academic Degrees Committee. Surveying and mapping science and technology belongs to one of the first-class disciplines in engineering, and there are three two disciplines, namely geodesy and surveying engineering, photogrammetry and remote sensing, cartography and geographic information engineering.

2. Information Engineering University, the strategic support force of China People's Liberation Army, was rebuilt on the basis of the former China University of Information Engineering and the Foreign Languages Institute of the People's Liberation Army. It belongs to the strategic support force of China People's Liberation Army. Its campuses are located in Zhengzhou City and Luoyang City, Henan Province, and shoulder the heavy responsibility of cultivating high-level professionals in the information field for national defense and military modernization.
The school is the key construction institution of the Army's 2 1 10 project, the first batch of national first-class network security college construction demonstration projects, the only national network security talent training base of the China People's Liberation Army, the national non-common language talent training base, the foreign language training base for the whole army and the Chinese training base for foreign military students.
3. China University of Mining and Technology, located in Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province, is a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education. The Ministry of Education, the People's Government of Jiangsu Province and the Emergency Management Department jointly established a university, which is a national "double-class" university. National "2 1 1 Project" and "985 Engineering Superiority Discipline Innovation Platform" build universities, the first batch of doctoral and master's degree awarding units in China, and high-level industry-specific universities enjoy high-quality resource alliance;
