If normal students at public expense can't return to the provinces of origin to teach because of special reasons such as volunteering to teach in remote and poverty-stricken areas and ethnic minority areas in the central and western regions, they can apply for inter-provincial employment before graduation, and go through the inter-provincial employment procedures according to the relevant prescribed procedures after being examined and approved by the provincial education administrative departments of the school, the provinces of origin and the receiving provinces.
6. How to implement the teaching schools and posts of normal students at public expense?
The provincial education administrative department, jointly with the human resources and social security department, is responsible for organizing employers' schools and public-funded normal students to carry out special recruitment within the required positions in accordance with the requirements of the open recruitment system for new recruits in public institutions, and effectively implementing the teaching schools and positions of each graduated public-funded normal student through two-way selection.
7. Can normal students at public expense pursue a master's degree after graduation?
