According to the Regulations on the Parallelization of Civil Servants' Positions and Ranks (2065438+released in March 2009), the lowest rank of civil servants in the comprehensive management category corresponding to leadership positions below bureau level is:
(1) Chief post at bureau level: first-class inspector;
(2) Bureau-level deputy: second-level inspector;
(3) Chief position at county level: second-level researcher;
(4) deputy at the county level: four-level researcher;
(5) Chief staff at the township level: second-level chief staff;
(6) Deputy at the township level: the fourth-level chief clerk.
A civil servant who is promoted to the rank shall meet the following basic conditions:
(a) to be promoted to a first-class inspector, he shall be a deputy at the bureau level or a second-class inspector for more than 4 years;
(two) to be promoted to the second-level inspector, he shall serve as a first-level researcher for more than 4 years;
(three) to be promoted to a first-class researcher, he must be the chief or second-class researcher at the county level for more than 3 years;
(four) to be promoted to a second-level researcher, he shall serve as a third-level researcher for more than 2 years;
(five) to be promoted to the third-level researcher, he must serve as a deputy or fourth-level researcher at the county level for more than 2 years;
(six) to be promoted to a fourth-level researcher, he must serve as a first-level chief clerk for more than 2 years;
(7) Those who are promoted to the first-level chief clerk shall serve as the chief clerk at the township level or the second-level chief clerk for more than 2 years;
(eight) promoted to the second-level chief clerk, shall serve as the third-level chief clerk for more than 2 years;
(nine) to be promoted to the third-level chief clerk, he shall serve as a deputy at the township level or a fourth-level chief clerk for more than 2 years;
(10) Those who are promoted to the fourth-level chief clerk shall have served as the first-level clerk for more than 2 years;
(eleven) to be promoted to a first-class clerk, he shall serve as a second-class clerk for more than 2 years.
